Did you just purchase a new iPhone and you are having a tough time setting up your voicemail? If you go into your local at&t store you can get yourself a new sim card and get help from them to help you transfer everything on your old sim card to the new one. Now you can go to the next step, call customer support at At&t and tell the representative that you want to set up your voicemail. Make sure you tell him or her to confirm that your call forwarding to your voicemail is set correctly and turned on. Once it’s done, you are now ready to set the voicemail. Before starting, have the password you want to you handy. Always make sure you know what message you want to record or write it down, this will save time and make the process  easier. Password should be between 6 to 15 characters. Be sure it is something you can easily remember. Tap the icon for your voicemail, then at this point you will be asked to create a password. Put in the password you created and after you will be prompted to record your greeting. You would also have the option of using the default voicemail greeting that comes with the iPhone that will include your number. This greeting can be changed whenever you feel like. Make sure you save the greeting once its done, and thats about it, your voicemail is now setup and ready to use.
